Replaces an old ballast of the same model. The wiring change was confusing and had no explanation other than a poorly reproduced circuit. It was assumed that ballast compatible LED lamps could replace fluorescent lamps. But the LED bulbs didn't work (tried 2 pairs) As a result, I used two new fluorescent bulbs. LED tubes cannot be returned due to incandescent bulbs, no return policy.
