Reminds me of Sensodyne toothpaste. The mint flavor is mild, there's no sand in it, and it doesn't foam because it doesn't contain sodium lauryl sulfate. I bought this because I always had very severe dry mouth from toothpaste and had to drink a lot of water afterwards. I read about enzyme ingredients and decided to give it a try despite the high price. There was only a slight difference at first, but after about 2 weeks I stopped having to drink water after brushing my teeth. It should be noted that the tube recommends not rinsing your mouth with water after brushing your teeth to improve efficiency. I found that when I took longer to brush my teeth, the toothpaste made me drool, which helped get rid of my dry mouth and I had to rinse my mouth less afterwards. This is the only toothpaste that has helped prevent dry mouth. It's also great if you have sensitive teeth. At this price point, I don't know if I'd recommend it unless you have dry mouth issues, but if you do, it's worth a try. I just wish there were more toothpastes with these enzymes on the market.
