Review on 🎩 XL Black Decorative BD 0002 30 Men's Accessories - 42 46 by Robert Ducki

I'm no expert but it looks like it is actually a genuine leather strip which was hard to find in a black dress belt at Revain. It's just a "real leather" stamp, whatever that means. Made in Italy is written on the buckle. I've only worn it a few times so far and it hasn't left any stains on my clothes. There aren't many photos on the list, so enjoy them.
