I calculated the cost of running

Since it stays on all the time, don't worry about running costs. One of them is 0.5W, so it consumes very little power. 0.5 W = 0.0005 kW 0.0005 x 24 hours a day x 365 days a year = 4.38 kWh. Our price here is $0.122 per kWh. So 4.38 kWh x $0.122 per kWh. = $0.54 per year. That's 54 cents a year for the work! Attractively priced! There is enough light to see me in the bathroom at night. Nice and small, gives enough light, cheap to run. This is the best night light in the world!
