This is definitely for toddlers, not teens over 4 years old. I sent it as a birthday gift and wasn't there, but watching live my family said there was a strange smell when the package was opened. One said it smelled like urine, others said it could be a new smell or incense but definitely some smell. The hat looked a little disheveled and ugly and tidy. I will not buy again.
