I would not recommend this NEOMEN ANTI GRINDING DENTAL GUARD. I have worn glasses for many years and I know exactly how to shape them and how they should fit and feel when worn. This product was too thin material and didn't fit well after trying all four protections. After trying to get someone to get comfortable and stay in place, I tried to sleep with the most reasonable, it didn't stay on my teeth and tasted awful after trying for a while, I had to throw them all away. Even if I could shape it properly, I wouldn't be able to handle the odd taste.
