Even heat, non-stick and durable construction
Heavy aluminum with Ti-Ceramic coating on the cooking surface including inner sides. Used 5 times so far for fish fingers, chicken fingers, Brussels sprouts and biscuits. Nothing stuck, cleaning was easy. Much heavier than cheaper baking sheets (hopefully doesn't warp) and heat distribution looks very even so far. Will continue to prepare and update accordingly.
