I am very happy with the purchase. I almost didn't buy it because there were negative reviews about it being slow, too quiet and so on. I'm glad I bought it. The sound quality is pretty standard for any other tablet I've had. The speed is faster than anything I've had. For the price this was an excellent buy. My only complaint is that it's very difficult to open the slot to insert an SD card. I didn't have any special tools and I didn't open the paperclips. My husband gave me a small nail and he actually popped it open, although I definitely don't suggest doing that. I am very happy with this tray.
