It won't work for your 360 degree needs It's too small and doesn't offer enough protection
I bought this board hoping to use the foam after a lipo To get rid of 360 surgery, but "side panels literally only cover the stomach area, you still have to provide a cushion on the sides. This belies the whole 360 degree idea and can be useful as extra compression when you're using all the other foams and put on upholstery.
