I am an avid swimmer and had high hopes for these headphones as I wanted to listen to music or podcasts while swimming. I kept my phone at one end of the swim lane and wore my Apple Watch to count laps. Based on other reviews, I knew the Bluetooth range was limited, so I synced it to my watch, which is never within range of my ears. I didn't have the pairing issues that other reviewers mentioned, but I did have many other issues: The earbuds were uncomfortable and wouldn't stay in my ears. After only 3 swims with them, one of the headphones fell out of my ear and sank to the bottom of my pool. I was able to fix the main component but the tip fell off and I couldn't find it. - The tips are NOT the right size and shape and I can't find a new tip anywhere. So they're basically useless at the moment - the earphones appear to be draining their battery in their carrying case and after a few days of storage (not using) they're dead - the earphones keep losing connection when swimming despite the device they're using (like my Apple Watch) always paired at arm's length - I can't find a way to contact support to get a replacement nib (they only came with one set of nibs).
