Best Cleaner. Non-greasy and non-greasy. Gently removes makeup from the face and eyes. Apply and remove with a cloth dampened in warm water. Then apply Clarins Toning Lotion for dry to normal skin. (yellow bottle). I tried several toning lotions before using this one. Nobody can compare.
