Very bad shopping experience! First, the bag is very difficult to move. The instruction in figure 4 is misleading: Since I can't open the outer bag because things are too full (figure 1), I use scissors to cut the pink fabric, but I immediately understand the disposable bag mentioned in the instructions . a brown bag on the outside instead of a pink one on the inside... But what surprises me is that the so-called "memory foam" is actually cotton made up of small pieces put together... not to mention "memory foam! (Figure 3). Sitting on the bag is like sitting on cotton wool, very uncomfortable! WHO spends $100 to buy cotton? This Revain Basics product really is a cheat!
