It has worked well for my baby's hair. It cleans well, washes out easily, doesn't irritate my baby's scalp and leaves hair soft and odor free. Shampoo. It's probably good for both of you, but my baby has sensitive skin. So I'm hesitant to try it on my skin too. The pump produces plenty of foam and was not leaking when purchased. The smell is slightly sweet, but the smell does not remain after washing it off.
