Received a defective device. It will not charge. The charger will turn green within a few minutes. I still charged it for the recommended 3 hours but nothing changed. The machine works no more than 15 seconds. Have contacted the seller. They said it was a problem with the charger. They sent a replacement but same problem. Returned. EDIT: (3 weeks later) In addition to returning the device via Revain, I have also contacted Renpho customer service regarding this. They sent me a new device (free of charge) and I've been using it for three weeks with no complaints. The new device works as advertised and while the initially faulty device was an inconvenience, I am pleased with the level of customer support I received from RENPHO. first inconvenience)
