My daughter just gave birth and will be bringing her home soon. It's such an exciting time. Every new mom needs a baby monitor. This is a must if you can't be with the baby all the time, which isn't possible as you need to shower occasionally! I did quite a bit of research before picking one for her. It had all the great features we were looking for and I liked the camera design with ears because it's so cute and not a simple camera look. My favorite part is that you can even record with it. So that my daughter can show her loved ones and observe the first moments that should not be missed if they were not present. The camera image has amazingly sharp colors and even at night I had night vision so she could see the baby just as clearly as during the day. It has two-way communication, so she can talk to the baby from another room. The screen is a good size and easy to carry. She can use the monitor or an app on her phone to talk to the baby. It can monitor baby's temperature, detect crying, remind feeding and more!
