I have tried Laeta socks more than three wash cycles. Here is what I found:1) As expected bamboo socks are much softer than cotton socks. However, if the quality of yarn is not good the softness of the bamboo quickly disappears. I did not notice it in Laeta Socks.2) When I am buying socks I look three major things, whether the color fades, socks slide down, and comfortable, i.e, not make your food extra hot, itchy, slippery in the shoe etc.For Laeta I would say the color is durable, still, keeps its color, these socks don't lose, and so far I wore it with different shoes and they are very comfortable to wear
