UPDATE: March 23, 2020 This is my final update on this watch and I'm keeping my rating at 3 stars. The watch itself gets 2 stars and the seller gets 1 star for quality customer service. After using this watch for a week, I found that some features work great, some features don't work so well, and some features (including the app) don't work. doesn't work at all. After studying the complicated menu navigation, I cannot recommend this watch for the following reasons: 1) The blood pressure monitor works on the watch but no data is transmitted to the application. 2) The sleep monitoring function is included in the application but not on the watch. 3) The heart rate monitoring feature works on both the watch and the app, but causes random gaps in the app's graph at times. 4) Anything related to temperature is reported in degrees Celsius, not Fahrenheit. .5) All numerical values are metric. 6) The fonts are too big for the screen. Good luck reading your posts. 7) The instruction manual and watch dialog were clearly written by a non-English speaking person. After all that, I think I'll just bite the bullet and buy an Apple Smartwatch. UPDATE: March 18, 2020 I am changing my original 1 star rating to 3 stars because this seller contacted me about my rating. They provided great customer service by offering to send me a new watch to try on for free. They originally offered me a free replacement if I removed my original review, but I declined. I told them that if they wanted to send me another watch to re-review I would do so and if it was better than the first I would provide a review update, which I am doing now. I received a replacement watch yesterday. and after playing around with it for about an hour the first watch i received turned out to be defective. Among other things, the function key didn't seem to do anything, and Bluetooth pairing was a nightmare. The watch I received yesterday paired straight away and the function button actually seems to work. For now the watch works as it should, although there are a few issues. A big problem is the app you are supposed to download. I have an iPhone 8 Plus and many menu items in the app are not displayed correctly. In a profile where you have to enter for example age, weight, height etc. the roles/menu scrollers are invisible. They're there, but I can't see them on my iPhone. This is a programming problem. Also, there are a few items that I just can't figure out how to get to work on. One of them, for example, is the sleep monitoring function. I can't find anything about this feature in the app or on the watch. There doesn't seem to be a way to turn it on, turn it off, or schedule it. I can not find anything. Also, the instruction manual that came with the watch is missing. For a watch with so many features, the instruction manual should cover them all. If you like figuring things out for yourself, you'll love this watch. I plan to review this watch within the next week or so and get back to you with a final review and I will review the watch again at that time. At the moment 3 stars is the best I can do. -------------------------------------- --ORIGINAL REVIEW PRO: Looks beautiful. Cons: 1) The instructions are rubbish. Inaccurately describes how to work with the clock and the menu items do not correspond to the real clock. Just one example is a function key. Nowhere in the brochure is it described what the function key does. The illustrations in the brochure do not match what is shown on the watch. There are a few extras in the booklet that don't make sense. 2) APP is a complete joke. Doesn't even fit this watch and some functions don't even work. 3) The swiping on this watch is very random. Scrolling in both directions often takes 3-4 attempts. 4) The function button on my watch didn't work at all. 5) My watch would frequently and randomly return to the watch face selection screen and get stuck there. The remedy was to turn the watch off and on again. 6) Then the menu screens on the watch do not match the instructions. 7) The corners of notifications and messages are cut off on this round screen. Text formatting does not seem to have been taken into account. 8) The GPS on my watch was patchy and dropped frequently. 9) Pairing this watch with my iPhone and app was totally unintuitive. Again, APP is rubbish. Overall this watch was a big disappointment and I sent it back the same day I received it. I've spent more than 3 hours messing around with this junk with no success. Save yourself the headache and keep buying something else. If I could give negative stars I would.
