THIS BELT CAN ROLL ON THE RUSSIAN SLIDE IF.

Firstly (maybe secondly) the belt was half the price I thought it was comparable, but would have been easier to thread through the pants loops. You can use the stuff as a tow on your car (I think). Back to the beginning, I received a box that I thought contained a diamond necklace, but after searching through the straw, which I thought should look more like a gift, I found the belt. I couldn't even see the tape because it was so tightly wrapped in plastic - I mean protected/quality. Then, as a bonus, I found a keychain that I seem to have forgotten, and it "seems" to be very durable as well. So I had an overnight test drive at home and the belt was on. strong, strong, unshakable. Yes I'm skinny and it was wrapped around my back and also the 'quick release' buckle was on the inside of the belt so I figured if it wasn't right I would slide it out and unlatch it. The opposite was also true - I could pull the trigger fairly easily and everything seemed to work, but I had to move a bit and that was during my first trip to the bathroom. At one point I noticed that my zipper wasn't unzipped and that was because the belt was so tight - in a good way - and "soft" like some belts are tight but stiff while others are strong and you don't tighten notice. . YES - WORTH THE MONEY - BUT you may need several if you plan to use it on more than one pair of pants. It seemed to have become part of the inside of the pants, like a drawstring but 1,000 times stronger. At the hip, 1/4 inch lower, it's latched and even a tucked shirt can't come out, but I guess it depends on your build and where you put it. When I'm really camping/hunting/fishing/at war. and would like to attach a belt to it for pants and other things, it seems perfect but I'll have to see how long the little quick release buckle lasts. I also always attached my keys to a carabiner (cheap - not for rocks) which was a bonus as I've also bought cargo pants that had a loop just for that purpose. The material/presentation costs twice as much. Buckle up!
