The first time I raised and lowered the tray it was NOT level again. Deformed from day one! It can be used. Yes. Can I write with it? Yes, but be careful. It's not a bad product, but it definitely doesn't stay flat after the first use. I mainly use it for my laptop, so it's not a big problem for me. I liked the idea of working with a larger or wider tablet, but the 'extra' features are useless to me. A slot with a recess, who knows, I don't need that. The slot for your phone is too small for my phone to fit in the slim case. So useless again. I'm not going to undress and put on a blanket like that. Nothing useful for work is placed in the side "box". Literally don't need any "extra" features because they are USELESS! Make the best tablet that actually works, or don't add useless features to it. Is it worth? If it's just a matter of putting a laptop in it, of course. For full work from the tablet? I would say no
