The best thing about this application is that it's very easy to use and has many features which help you in your daily work without any hassle or complexity! It provides all types of business analysis tools such as customer relationship management (CRM), supply chain management (SCM) or enterprise resource planning (ERP). I am able to access my data from anywhere with an internet connection. Also, its user interface is quite simple and doesn't look too technical for new users. Sometimes there are minor glitches like when trying to edit multiple items at once, but overall everything works fine. So far nothing really bad, since we have been using it for only 1 year now. We still need some more training though before starting our first projects. Try it out if you're looking for a great cloud-based tool for managing contacts and tasks.
