This is a great set to decorate a room. You should know that there are two types of curls: 1) a pinhole that you attach to the cardboard cutouts. 2) a whirlpool that splits in two from the bottom to halfway up. It has no hole at the end and no cutouts can be attached to it. You will also find a small bag of plastic cords used to attach cutouts to the first type of swirler with a pinhole. Work. To hang the decoration, I stretched the ribbon almost to the ceiling from one part of the room to the other. Then I attached curls to the ribbon about every 12 inches. I taped them together to make sure each stayed in place. I had enough scrolls and posters to cover three ribbons, each spanning the width of the room. This gives a good effect.
