The wrist rest was glued very badly. The little black boxes on the back are completely out of the board, there is no spacer between the boxes and the styrofoam balls. When it popped out because it was glued really badly, the beads exploded all over the place. The mouse pad falls off as it is barely stapled together and I had to super glue it on. If all you want is something that keeps your laptop from burning your knees or overheating, that's fine, if you're looking for high quality then don't go for it.
