These socks have the best fit! They cover smaller feet and also cover standard sizes for women's shoes. Their starting range includes size 4 women's shoes (that's me). They are not too big to wear. They still stretch a lot for larger feet (yes I put them on to have a look before writing this review) but keep their shape for smaller feet. They are thick enough to be comfortable but not as thick as hiking socks. I then wore them on cold and hot days. My feet are comfortable and dry (even on long hikes). Finally a pair of women's socks that I can wear. (I'm tired of thin cute socks for girls.)
