good product but be sure to measure where you plan to place it. the hook can hold 1.5 inch
did not match our old cast iron/enamel sink. The "hook piece" is rated at about 1.5 inches wide, no more (mine is about 2.5 inches) as there is no adjustment or flex. Otherwise it felt solid and I would have been happy with the product if it served its purpose. I ended up hanging it on the side of our plastic tub style laundry room sink where it works great and ordered a different style for our kitchen sink (where I really wanted a sponge holder).
