Alright.1. The dishes themselves resemble those spongy ones, on which falling hairs grow. I'm not sure how to explain it, but it doesn't look like a brush.2. After drying, it becomes like glue. It does not stick, but dissolves like glue or eyelash glue. Not about it.3. Does not rub off when wet, but rubs off easily when rubbed. All in all, a pathetic excuse for waterproof eyeliner. There are much better liners out there.
