I've been using these chin trainers for about three days now... And you can really feel how they work. I really like their size and they are curved to fit the mouth more naturally. There are two different sets. The first set should weigh 40 pounds, which is pretty cool because they're pretty easy to chew. You can really feel the muscles working as you chew them. And they come in pretty golden cases. I'm keeping my fingers crossed, but I can already feel the muscles in my glass getting stronger.
