Update: The company contacted me and sent a replacement bag for my daughter. I changed my rating from 1 star to 3 because I was contacted and was willing to send another bag to replace the broken one. ****BUYER BEWARE. DO NOT buy this bag! **** This bag seemed very nice at first. Then on the 1st day of use by my student the magnetic button to keep the bag closed fell off. At the end of the first week of school, both magnetic buttons fell off. In the second week another magnetic button fell off and now the lid of the bag is torn. I followed the steps to contact the company directly and they kept directing me to their email contact method. I would write to them and not reply. I would contact them again via the instant messaging route and again via the "please contact us via" support email. I have contacted them multiple times, provided photos and emails proving I had contacted them multiple times. They simply ignored our request to replace the bag. Luckily Revane was easy to get hold of and reimbursed us for the piece of bin bag that Vasky had sold. They claim to have a really good guarantee but only if they ever contact you. ****BUYER BEWARE. DO NOT buy this bag! ****
