Best Toner in the Dollar Store Toners and Astringents

Product not working. I have been using the product for 5 weeks and the dark spots have not reduced. I actually have more blemishes than when I first started using the product. The texture of my skin is also the same. The product does not smell because it contains vitamin C; smells like witch hazel. The color of the liquid is dark brown, which is unusual for a toner. The product is also not a good pick-me-up. After using the product, I wipe my face with alcohol or sea breeze and the cleansing stick gets dirty. This happens when no makeup has been applied to my face. The product does not moisturize, the skin looks dry after application. This cleaner doesn't cost $3. save your money I'm African American with medium to oily skin.
