I really wanted a silicone free case just so the Zune could be carried in a pocket without scratching it. I used the Incipio Underground Case with complete satisfaction for some time before I lost it. Ordering another one, I was surprised to find that this case was noticeably larger. Spring. I used this case for a while but eventually got tired of how it made the Zune slide out if you weren't careful. It was too late for an exchange so I just ordered another one thinking it was an accident that it was too big. The next suitcase was also too big. To be absolutely sure, I exchanged that one (btw, Revain's exchange and return policy is surprisingly flexible for those who haven't experienced it like me) and found that the third case was also oversized. What happened, Incipio? This otherwise stylish, good-looking and good-feeling item doesn't lend itself as a protective case just because you're obviously making it too big.
