Review on ๐ŸŽฎ Peggle Dual Shot - A Thrilling Nintendo DS Experience by Jake Powell

Just keeps getting better

Peggle's irresistible desire is new to me, I've just played the demo and while it was interesting it wasn't for me addicting, probably because of the mouse controls. However, with a DS stylus in hand, I saw the light of day and yet another launcher gameplay coupled with lots of brilliantly subtle gameplay variations. From the various character bonuses to the gem dungeon (pinball scenes), you will be hopelessly immersed in beautiful graphics and gameplay. The DS controls take a little practice, but once you figure out that you can aim the pen and not just use the cannon to aim, are you on the right track (but I get occasional misfires). The downloadable trial for a friend is a nice little bonus, but I can't figure out how to play two-player single card DUEL mode, but this mode offers amazing one-person play. There is no doubt that this is amazing value considering you will be spending quite a bit of time studying this gem. Great for kids, airports, car rides, bad TV shows in the background, etc. as it offers quick pick and play for all ages.
