Overall I like this band but I see that it doesn't work for everyone. It's more comfortable than the included silicone strap and I like the look. However, I'm a small woman with tiny wrists and the smallest size still isn't tight enough. Not loose enough to fall or spin, but loose enough that my watch doesn't always turn on automatically when I turn my wrist to look at the time or stats because it's not snug enough on my wrist, to register it. I picked it up. Annoying but not enough not to wear it. You also need to detach the strap to put it on and take it off, it does not stretch, so you can put it on your hand. Again good for me but may not work for everyone.
