Review on Edushape Halilit Rainmaker - 8 Inch Sensory Developmental Rainstick For Babies, Toddlers, And Kids - Educational Musical Instrument And Rhythm Shaker Toy by Samuel Lewis

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Awesome little sensory item!

I bought this for the sensory center in my pre-k classroom for students with autism. It has been a hit! Every single one of my kids has taken an interest in it at some point. We have had it for a couple of months now and it has held up just fine through a being put in water, hit on a table, thrown across the room, chewed on, etc. :)

Pros
  • The rainmaker can be used to teach children about different cultures and traditions, as rainsticks are often used in folk music around the world
Cons
  • The rainstick may not be very effective at promoting fine motor skills
