As I did not purchase the laptop for personal use, I did not upgrade the memory in order to preserve the owner's warranty. Windows 8.1 is installed without issue, but I was unable to find drivers for the graphics and Wi-Fi card. I had to install the most recent 10k driver, which performs worse than 8k in that it takes longer to load and shut down and leaves significantly less free memory. Following the adjustments, 10ka started to operate more or less normally. In general, the laptop excels at handling office tasks and browser tasks, and it removes the NVME drive. The laptop's low power limit ( 15w), which causes the frequency of the processor (and even memory!) to constantly jump, makes it unsuitable for gaming, even when the memory is set to 2-channel. This causes friezes and stutters in games. I purchased this laptop during a promotion for a little over $22, and while it is more or less normal for this price, I don't recommend paying full price. Instead, look into other manufacturers because this case is just too bad (although maybe everyone has it by this point). The laptop has two memory slots; one of them is now occupied with a 4GB SKHynix DDR4-3200 module, but it can only operate at 2400 with timings of 17-17-17. Undervolting and overclocking the memory won't be possible, and I can't speak for BIOS modifications because AMD's BIOS is poorly understood. In addition, unlike Intel, AMD's Ryzen Master refuses to function, and the Quick CPU makes no sense.
