I'm 4'11" and weigh 107 lbs. I usually buy two sizes up anyway because my thighs are quite thick compared to the rest of my body (football legs). Me got 3 instead of 0. I knew the pants would be too long but that's an easy fix, I also knew the waist would be very loose since I went up the size so it's ok me am used to them.still quite tight around my hips!The label says they stretch but I can make sure it doesn't stretch!They aren't so uncomfortable that I can pull them back or that I'm scared ripping them while I work as a waitress. They get 4 stars because they came quickly, technically fit and I like them. Just be aware that these pants may not suit curvy girls with above average booties! still very presic depends on the size, they didn't shrink in the washing machine but i think they stretched a bit.
