Unit: OEM #52474810 (604-101) Main Temp Mixer Door Control (Single Handle NOT Dual Sliders) Moved and stopped once - I installed it on a 2000 Chevy Silverado 1500. After turning the key to activate the air conditioning, the device turned towards the cold and stayed there forever. After that he didn't move anymore.
