This is by far the best holdall I've ever bought and believe me I've bought a lot. I prefer this to my more expensive Patagonia bag. This bag has all the security features you would normally find on any Travelon product. The zipper and lock make it very difficult for thieves to rob you. I took this bag to my last China and a fellow traveler in our tour group had his bag robbed and lost his passport. Another person also saw hardened marks on their backpack. However, mine was in pristine condition :-) This bag is lightweight and slightly larger than a holdall, making it perfect for when I want to lug my camera around. If you need a shoulder bag for travel, then this is definitely the best. The only thing I would wish for would be to have two straps on the front, like a Patagonia bag, to attach a sweater to.
