I have a big problem with this otherwise great chair. The rubber is dead. The lumbar pillow won't stay in place even after the jury has significantly shortened the straps. They did not reply to my last email. The pillow stayed in place when I wasn't using the butterfly clip and attached the elastic to the top of the chair, but now that I've seen a teenage video on YouTube and put it on properly, I realized it was too low for my head Your instructions were terrible and forced me to go online to assemble the chair. If the bottom pillow and straps actually worked it would be a five star rating. But their lack of response to my complaint compels me to do so just to get attention.
