Give me the WHOLE picture!

Pity! SHAME! SHAME! SHAME! A SHAME! The advertised image does NOT show the product with the screws installed. The screws are NOT flush with the surface. I buy a countersink bit (11.97 + tax) and white wood spatula [(7.97 + tax) to fill the hole in case I drill too deep.] This is a costly inconvenience. JUST because the product is aesthetically pleasing will I incur additional costs, but why should I? I hope the strength and ease of cleaning are as advertised. Otherwise, I will return this item IMMEDIATELY (including counter-drill holes) and await a FULL refund [including additional cost of drill bits - (my choice is wood spatula)]. And honestly I will happily send another review once the STRENGTH and CLEANLINESS have been tested. The more I think about it, the angrier I get. They KNEW that showing the screws installed would deter the customer - that's false advertising! And the inconvenience of repackaging and sending it back for a return is unfair. Suggestion: countersink the screw holes. Damn! Ooooh disappointed! (frowns) C. Emanuel
