My wife and I bought a pair of these neon and black clocks. They are very light, which is what we wanted - for walking/running around the area in low light. I'm 6ft 1in, 190lbs. I don't think the straps would fit someone much taller than me without being too tight. My wife is a foot shorter and over 70 pounds shorter and there will be plenty of room for someone between her height and mine. Very happy with this item! The seller is great too!
