Let me start by saying that these headphones represent excellent value for money. Quality product and overall quite impressed. What I don't like is actually my fault for not researching the necessary specs for my needs. But before we get to the cons, let's start with a list of the pros. Pros: 1. Great sound quality for the price 2. Reliable3. Stylish4. Battery life meets industry standards. Cons: 1. It's not so much about the product as it is that I don't do research. I need low latency from the receivers in my headphones to work optimally with my transmitter and reduce latency when gaming. If you only use them to listen to music or watch light videos, they should be more than enough. Many video platforms detect what device you're using to listen to audio and compensate for delays by slightly delaying the video to match the audio. However, in gaming applications this is not possible for obvious reasons. So, as I later found out, I needed an APTx audio codec (a form of audio coding that reduces latency to just a few milliseconds) in my headphones to be compatible with my low-latency APTx transmitter. Obviously, the lack of these codecs isn't the product's fault, it's the way it was designed. But it is useful information to know depending on how you use these headphones.2. The only thing I didn't like about them is that they don't have a volume control. It's more standard for headphones of this type to have none than one, so once again this isn't really a design or functional flaw. Hope that helps! RW
