I bought a pair of these a few years ago (I only use them on vacations when we will be walking around a lot) and wanted a few more pairs as well. I wear an 8.5 shoe and purchased a Medium in the sock. After they were washed and dried they fit perfectly. My toes tend to squish together when going on walks and would cause discomfort and fatigue in my feet. Wearing quality toe socks keeps them my tootsies perfectly separated while providing a small cushion between them. I saw other reviewers got two for the same foot but my package had a right and a left foot sock for each pair.
