I didn't notice how big this thing is when I ordered it and looked forward to replacing the box our tree came in. But this bag is literally big enough to hide a BIG tree in, as in the old style where it was hard to "bunch" back together. There are straps included here to help with that. You can separate the sections of the tree, wrap the straps around them to condense them and pack it away.The fabric is pretty heavy (so is the empty bag!) and the zippers are okay too. You could pack a big tree away in this, zip it up tight and then scotch-guard it really good to keep the moisture out and store this in a garage. You could use this to store other things too, but keep to light items since this would be very heavy if packed full of stuff. I could fit three of my trees in this!
