I love all of these features for HR departments; they are not only user friendly but also very powerful to use in your organization's day-to-day functions! The customer support team has been super helpful as well!! It would be nice if there was more flexibility when you edit an employee profile because sometimes it may feel like everything can't change once its done being edited so that could definitely help make this system easier/faster to navigate through. This product helps keep track our employees' vacation days which makes scheduling much faster since we no longer have people asking who needs what dates or how many vacations were taken by each person etc..
