I use this with my iPad Pro 11 and it's amazing. I can edit large video files for a long time without using the onboard storage. It heats up quickly with use, but only to the point where it stays the same temperature for at least a couple of hours. This is the longest I've used continuously. If you run into problems (which you won't), you'd better take care of them and find out for yourself. Their customer support is absolutely useless. Don't be swayed by the free offering of memories. This is a trick to try and get more money from you, which doesn't work anyway. Get the device Just skip customer service and flashback offer. It's just very powerful hardware that you can use without real support. The only reason it didn't get 5 stars.
