These small white ceramic black boards come in handy. I bought these stand alone ones rather than the ones that stick directly into cheese because the others take up room and get in the way of cutting the cheese unless you have a very large piece of cheese.They are also useful for placing in front of/on tray of other items like appetizers and casseroles when serving buffet style.Chalk works well and nice that they included a piece of white chalk so you can use them right away. Not sure what the actual blackboard material is so unsure if you could use with liquid chalk markers.
