Just right! These shorts fit a little bit loose all over (not skin tight) and fit my legs, butt, and waist all the same. So so happy.I wear anything between an 8 and a 12. My legs and butt are proportional but my tummy sticks out. So shorts can be hard for me to find.These shorts have a medium inseam and a high waist so that you can be active. I garden a lot and needed shorts with coverage at the legs/bottom as well as the waist.These are not see through, so the color of your underwear won't show through.I'm reccomending them to my best friend who also has trouble finding shorts and pants she loves.
