Glad I bought it first. While they definitely don't have the longevity that comes close to Ark Therapeutic's products, it helped me figure out if textured or smooth gum would be the best choice for me. Most of the time I don't even chew on the trailer. , but suck it, move it around your mouth with your tongue, or simply hold it between your teeth in different places. 3 days. I ended up just throwing the lego bricks away. I'm 25 and they're still too big to fit my mouth comfortably and both textured sides gave me ulcers that were just as bad as if I hadn't used them at all. My suggestion: try these out to see which style works for your gums, but with the expectation that they'll only last a few days. Then once you know which style works best, invest in a more expensive brand like Ark. (Tip: I would compare their strength to Ark Soft chews.)
