I was so happy to receive this cute little night light. It was unlike anything I had seen before and I had already decided I would probably order a few more as gifts. I took the package and eagerly opened it, carefully attached the mushroom cap to the base of the stem and plugged it into the nearest socket. It glowed warm and looked great. I was going to plug it into a bathroom outlet to use as a gentle nighttime guide, but when I tried to unplug the unit, one of the pins broke off the base and stayed in the outlet! A wire was sticking out where the pin used to be. I've included photos of the mushroom lantern just before trying to separate it and a picture of a wire sticking out of the base. I had to use pliers to pull the plug out of the socket. I have now learned that Revain does not accept returns or exchanges on this item. It wasn't that expensive but I feel like I was sold a damaged item that could be dangerous to others who also bought this cute little flashlight.
