I sent the coat back because I couldn't open the nylon zipper at the bottom. The zips on the pockets worked well so this may have been a one off issue. Color (blue) is very beautiful. It was fairly light and flat on delivery but I think it puffed up and the quilting pattern was attractive. I couldn't try it on but I tried on the sleeves and they felt a little tight on a plus size woman but would probably fit a normal size.
