Great Product & Excellent Service: PULScore

There were a lot of new bells and whistles that they added which are pretty cool looking. For example we didn't realize in previous releases that some of the fields could be hidden from the reports if they weren't needed. This was one reason I switched to PSL. Also I think a lot about what it will mean for them, or how it will look internally when they have 5 support staff instead of 4 support staff and 1 admin. I believe this will make their support easier for users while lowering their internal staffing costs at the same time. It will allow my team to spend more time helping our client's customers which means more value for my customers. We also get to focus on issues related more to product use and less technical issues. Overall it has been a good experience especially since it is being done for me. I still like that they work out of Australia and not the Philippines. I've had no issue so far but I The ability to have different views from same data source (i.e. all devices in your network) makes it easier than ever to manage them. I can see everything at once without having to go through each device one by one. There are some things that can be improved such as user interface but overall this tool has been very helpful when managing our Cisco equipment.
